Donna Krick

Donna Louise Krick was an only child, born in Van Wert, Ohio to Paul Joseph Sells and Margaret Caroline Bates.  Donna met Tom Krick in High School and they married August 26, 1951.  Tom served in the U.S Navy from 1952-1956. They moved several times, eventually ending up in Pleasant Hill, where they lived in the same home their entire 70 years of marriage.  Tom predeceased Donna on May 28, 2021.  

She loved her job as a teacher's assistant for special needs children, worked tirelessly for numerous charities especially through her church, and volunteered at our elementary school library for several years. 

In her younger years, she was an excellent volleyball player, seamstress (she made clothes for my sister and I for many years, and even for our Barbies!) and skilled water skier. She was a huge A’s Baseball fan, loved her Warriors Basketball team, and remained an avid Ohio State football fan. 

She is survived by her daughters Laurie Krick (Tom Perham), Shellie Krick (Jim Fette), and beloved Chihuahua, Bubba.  Per her request, there will be no services. Should you want to make a donation in her memory, her fondest charity is:  https://christmasforeveryone.com/donate/
