Luella Ethel Beck

Luella passed into glory on the morning of December 10, 2020. She is survived by her three children, Gary Beck (Janet), of Livermore, Cindy Beck Weller (Hoyt) of Concord, and Timothy Beck (Karen) of Tracy, six granddaughters and six great-grandchildren. 

Luella was born in Oakland, CA, to Nobel and Elizabeth North. She moved to Concord, CA at age 2. She met and married her beloved Carl while singing in the choir at First Presbyterian Church of Concord. She remained in Concord until 1978 when she and Carl moved to Gulfport, MS for three years, returning to the Concord area in 1981. In 1985, they moved to Tracy, CA. Luella moved home to Concord in 2014 to be closer to her daughter and receive care for her memory issues. She loved her family, dogs, singing, and gardening.

Due to the Pandemic, a public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Thank you for all your assistance over the last few days. Your care and compassion for those of us working our way through grief  was a blessing to all of us.
