Ruth Cole Cunningham

Ruth Cole Cunningham of Lafayette, CA also known as Mormor died at the age of 91 on Monday, January 9, 2023.

She was born on August 31, 1931 in Needles California to Cecil Cole & Lenora Rousey Cole.

Ruth is survived by her five daughters, Cathy Katz, Patty Gelhaus, Sally Chamberlain, Terry Ragan, and Lorry Jo Raciti; eighteen grandchildren, and twenty one great grandchildren. 

Ruth was a wonderful mother and Mormor. She had a deep love for family, she was strong, independent and wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. She always looked on the bright side of things and never worried a day in her life.

Although Ruth is no longer with us in body, her strong spirit lives on through all who loved her.
