William Joseph Munyon

William Joseph Munyon was born in Des Moines, Iowa on September 4th, 1951 to Gerald Lester Munyon and Mary Bell Groves.

He passed away at home in Pleasant Hill, CA with his daughter Rachel, and his 2 beloved Chihuahua's Bella and Foxxy by his side on March 25th, 2022.

He was the middle child of 3 boys. 

He always spoke fondly of his childhood in Des Moines, and took great pride in being from there.

The Family relocated to California in 1966/1967.

Bill and his brother Gary were entrepreneurs starting a couple of small businesses including a successful Stamp Company, GB Rubber Stamps.

He also worked as a Car Salesman at Ford for over 40 years.

He loved being on the Car Lot with all his work buddies and enjoyed engaging Customers.

Some of his favorite hobbies were shopping with Rachel, playing the drums, watching the Oakland Raiders, listening to music, going to concerts and shows, Celebrity Meet and Greets

He was a true animal lover and supporter.

He was a fighter, battling his disease until the end, showing bravery and true strength.

He is survived by his daughter Rachel (Joel) Cotton, Grand-Daughter Riser Cotton, 

and brother's Gerald and Timothy Munyon.
